New Delhi, May 7: After Salman Khan was pronounced guilty in the 2002 hit-and-run case, the whole Bollywood fraternityy expressed deep solidarity with the actor.

Not only Bollywood, even the politicians gave their opinions about the 'Dabang' Khan being sentenced to five years imprisonment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

"My policy is not2comment on judicial verdicts in private matters, but a tragic mishap doesn't make @BeingSalmanKhan any less of a good man," Tharoor tweeted and said.

Meanwhile, social activist and advocate Abha Singh said, "Let it work for other cases too...The cases, which are pending in the court, and the people are frustrated due to delayed hearing would benefit."

The 49-year-old actor has been granted interim bail till Friday.

The court's verdict will affect the release of Salman's forthcoming releases Bajrangi Bhaijaan with Kareena Kapoor and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo with Sonam Kapoor.
