Sai Kaustuv Dasgupta From Bengaluru Receives Highest Diversity Leadership Award From Asia Pacific HRM Congress
On a momentous occasion, Sai Kaustuv Dasgupta, 90% disabled Wheelchair Warrior, Global Motivational Speaker, Happiness Coach, and Diversity & Inclusion Champion, was honored with the prestigious "DIVERSITY LEADERSHIP AWARD 2023" The accolade was bestowed upon him at the 22nd Edition of Asia Pacific HRM Congress Award Ceremony, in Taj MG Road, Bengaluru. Sai Kaustuv's remarkable journey to this recognition is one of resilience and inspiration. Overcoming more than 50 fractures and enduring countless hardships, he spent six years in depressive confinement. Emerging from this ordeal, Sai has become a beacon of hope for millions.
World HRD Congress' Asia Pacific HRM Congress Awards 2023 recognized Sai Kaustuv with the highest Leadership Award, representing a global consortium of over 100 countries, including Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, New Zealand, North Korea, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and many other regions around the globe.

The award was conferred to him in the presence of eminent international dignitaries, including Dr. R L Bhatia, Founder of World CSR Day & World Sustainability Congress, Dr. Partha Sarathi Mishra (IAS), Senior Civil Servant in Government of Odisha, Aasif Sayed, CHRO Asia Head, Dr. R P Banerjee, Chairman & Director, EIILM Kolkata, Smiti Bhatt Deorah, Co Founder of Advantage Club and Raji Thomas, Director of Corporate Relations at Indira Group of Institutes of Pune.
