Sadhvi Pragya acquitted in Sunil Joshi murder case
Previously, the NIA had dropped charges against Sadhvi in the Malegaon 2008 blasts case, which a court is yet to hear
Sadhvi Pragya Singh has been acquitted in December 29, 2007 Sunil Joshi murder case. Joshi a pracharak of the RSS was shot dead at Dewas in Madhya Pradesh.

The NIA had named Pragya Singh Thakur, Harshad Solanki, Vasudev Parmar, Anand Raj Kataria and Ramcharan Patel as accused. However, during the course of the investigation, the agency found nothing on the above mentioned persons.
The NIA during the questioning of the other accused was told that Sadhvi had nothing to do with the murder. The court too found no evidence against her. It may be recalled the NIA had also dropped charges against Sadhvi in the Malegaon 2008 blasts case.
