RSS Chief launches book on religious traditions
New Delhi, July 27: RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat on Tuesday launched book "Compassion in the 4 Dharmic Traditions" by author Bed Prakash Nanda.
BJP veteran L. K. Advani was also present among others at the book launch programme here at Constitution Club.

Launching the book, Bhagwat said: "Any organisation begins with the motive of service but only those sustain which have compassion (karuna)."
"In lack of compassion, what can be there in the society... we can see this in newspapers and television channels," he added.
He said even Dharma has four constituents and compassion is one of them.
Advani said that all the religions have same spirit but compassion is common among all.
"One may define religion in different ways but without compassion there can't be any religion. If a person of one religion criticises people of other religions, this means he is not even following his own religion," he said.
