RSS, BJP to Kejriwal, full list of big names who list their Twitter Blue Ticks

There was chaos on Twitter on Friday, when its owner Elon Musk removed all legacy verified accounts with the Blue Check marks.

Twitter however allowed some celebrities to retain the blue tick. In India one has to shell out Rs 900 a month or Rs 9,400 a year to get a Blue Verified status. In the United States, it would cost $8 a month via the web and $11 per month through the app. While lakhs of legacy verified users say goodbye to the Blue check marks, some celebrities have been offered a complimentary Twitter Blue subscription by Musk.

Twitter had earlier said it would be winding down all the legacy verified accounts from April 1 onwards. Twitter had recently shifted all government accounts to a fray check-mark, while for companies and brands the check mark is in gold.
