Rs 25 lakh looted from ATM in Muzaffarnagar

, Oct 11: Five persons looted Rs 25 lakh from a Punjab National Bank ATM in Kithora village here, police said today.

"Five miscreants barged into the ATM, late last night and looted cash of Rs 25 lakh by cutting it from gas cutter before escaping," DSP Mukesh Mishra said. An FIR has been lodged in this connection against five unidentified persons and the CCTV footage is being examined, he added.
