RRB Recruitment 2025: Deadline Extended For 32,438 Posts; Check Eligibility Criteria, Selection Process & Fees

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced an extension of the registration deadline for applying to 32,438 Assistants and other vacancies, according to an NDTV report. Candidates now have until February 28, to fill out their application forms on the official RRB website.

The deadline for fee payment after the application window closes is March 3. Additionally, a correction window for the application forms will be open from March 4 to 13.

RRB Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

To apply for these vacancies, candidates must have completed Class 10 or an ITI or equivalent qualification, or possess a National Apprenticeship Certificate granted by the NCVT. Candidates should be aged between 18 and 36 years as of January 1.

RRB Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

The selection will be conducted through a four-stage process, including:

• Computer Based Test
• Physical Efficiency Test
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination

RRB Recruitment 2025: Application Fees

The application fee is Rs 250 for PwBD, Female, Transgender, Ex-Servicemen, SC, ST, Minority Community, and Economically Backward Class (EBC) candidates. For all other candidates, the fee is Rs 500.

Candidates from the above-mentioned groups will receive a refund of the application fee after deducting bank charges once they appear for the Computer Based Test (CBT). For other candidates, Rs 400 will be refunded after appearing for the CBT.
