Robert Vadra, his mother appear before ED in Jaipur
Jaipur, Feb 12: Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra accompanied Robert Vadra to Enforcement Directorate office in Jaipur where he was questioned in connection with Bikaner land scam on Tuesday.

'Priyanka Gandhi Zindabad' and 'Chowkidaar Chor Hai' slogans were raised outside ED office in Jaipur as Robert Vadra and his mother Maureen arrived for questioning in connection with Bikaner land case probe. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra was also with them, according to news agency ANI.
After a roadshow in Lucknow on Monday, Congress General Secretary for Uttar Pradesh (East) Priyanka Gandhi arrived in Jaipur to be with her husband Robert Vadra and his mother Maureen Vadra.
UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra and his mother, Maureen Vadra, appeared before the Enforcement Directorate in connection with a money laundering case amidst heightened security. Vadra and his mother were questioned in connection with an alleged land scam case involving 275 acres of land in the Kolayat sub-division of Bikaner district of Rajasthan.
A criminal case was registered by the ED in connection with the Bikaner land deal made in 2015 after studying FIRs and charge-sheets filed by the Rajasthan Police on complaints made by the Bikaner tehsil about alleged forgery in the land allotment.
Last week, Robert Vadra was questioned for three days straight for his role in another money laundering case involving purchase of a property in the United Kingdom (UK).
