Road rage in Kerala: CPM member thrashes pregnant woman

In an incident of road rage, a pregnant woman was dragged out of her car, kicked in the stomach by CPM panchayath member and his friends on the national highway in Kollam.

This happened during the altercation between CPM member and the women who was traveling with her husband.

The couple's car is said to have brushed against the CPM members car which provoked the CPM member and his friends who were drunk. Antinio, the Neendakara CPM panchayath member and his three friends dragged the women out of the car, abused her and kicked her in her stomach.

Case has been registered under IPC Section 332, 353, 308 and 354.
