Dynasty politics: Now Lalu Yadav planning to send daughter Misa, wife Rabri to Rajya Sabha
New Delhi, Dec 29: After helping to give spur to political career of his two sons-Tejaswi Yadav and Tej Pratap, Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad is now planning to send his wife and daughter to Upper House.
Reportedly, Lalu, known for promoting dynasty politics is making strategy to send wife Rabri Devi and eldest daughter Misa Bharti to Rajya Sabha. Sources say that RJD has confirm the report, though final decision is yet to be taken.

According to media reports, Rabri and Misa Bharati are likely to stand in the Rajya Sabha biennial election which is scheduled in July next year. Five JD(U) MPs are all set to retire in July 2016 which will leave five seats vacant.
It is being said that Lalu wants to establish Misa in politics and that is why he had fielded her from Patliputra in the 2014 Parliamentary election, but unfortunately she got defeated. This time Lalu is determined to give fillip to political career of his daughter.
Quoting a source, TOI writes, "Since RJD has 80 MLAs in the assembly and it won't be very difficult for Lalu to arrange two more votes, the plan of sending Misa to Upper House will be successful and, in the long run, she will be given senior position in the party".
