Kolkata, June 27: A research scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, was allegedly molested by a contractual sweeper while she was asleep in the institute's hostel, police said on Saturday.
The incident occurred on Thursday night.

According to the complaint, the man entered the research scholar's room while she was sleeping and tried to kiss her.
