Reliance Jio effect: RCom gives unlimited data, text, calls at Rs 299

The Jio effect has forced many telecom operators to slash rates. Anil Ambani's Reliance Communications has come up with a new offer.

RCom has announced its all-new Rs 299 rental plan offering unlimited calls, texts, and data to its subscribers.

"Reliance Mobile introduces the lowest rates ever! Starting at Rs 299 monthly rental," RCom in a tweet said.

Last week RCom came up with a new offer at Rs 5199 for the whole year. Under the new offer users can avail 1GB 4G data per day for a year.

This new deal comprises a bundle offer by RCom - that includes a Reliance 4G data card and a Reliance 4G SIM.

Additionally, customers can also get a Wi-Fi dongle "Wi-Pod" worth Rs 3,200 under the bundled offer for free. This also comes with 365 days of validity.
