Ready for debate on 'intolerance': Venkaiah Naidu
New Delhi, Nov 25: The government on Wednesday said it was ready for a debate on "growing intolerance", a day before the winter session of parliament begins.
Talking to reporters after an all-party meeting in the national capital, Parliamentary Affairs Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu said the government was ready for a debate on intolerance.

"Some incidents have occurred; though law and order is a state issue, still if people want to discuss it, we are ready," said the minister.
The Congress has already indicated it would seek a debate on the issue during the ensuing session.
The winter session of parliament opens here on Thursday.
