Re-polling ordered in one booth in Uttarakhand
The Election Commission of India has ordered for re-polling in one polling booth of Lohaghat constituency in Uttarakhand. The re-polling was ordered after an electronic voting machine did not display data due to technical glitches. One EVM in booth number 128 in Government inter college at Karankarayat stopped displaying results while counting was underway on Saturday.

Fresh polling will be held on March 15. Election commission officials said that counting of votes will be conducted the same day and results will be announced in the evening. The results from all other booths in the constituency will be preserved till re-polling on March 15.
BJP candidate Puran singh Fartyal was leading by 450 votes when the EVM stopped displaying results.
