Imagine waiting for your ride for an astonishing 225 minutes! That's what happened to a frustrated Twitter user, Deyalla, who shared a screenshot of the Rapido app showing the mind-boggling wait time. According to the app, the auto would arrive after almost four hours!

Deyalla posted the snapshot on Twitter, mentioning the estimated 225 minutes wait time in the caption and expressing her exasperation with the situation. She wrote, "Rapido wait time getting out of hand. Gotta wait for more than 3.7 hours for a 45-minute travel."

After the post gained traction on the microblogging platform, Rapido's official Twitter handle responded, acknowledging the issue and requesting Deyalla to share her registered mobile number through direct message for further investigation.

The incident occurred on August 1, and the post has already garnered over 707 views.

Sadly, this isn't an isolated incident. Earlier, another Twitter user from Bengaluru had shared his ordeal, where the auto driver accepting the ride request was located a staggering 24 kilometers away from his location, with an estimated arrival time of 71 minutes.

The snapshot of this Uber ride went viral on social media, prompting many people to comment on the frustrating experience of waiting for hours for a ride.
