Ramgopal Yadav undergoes check-up at AIIMS
Ramgopal Yadav was expelled from the party for six years by Mulayam Singh Yadav
New Delhi, Oct 28: Expelled Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Ramgopal Yadav has undergone a medical check-up at AIIMS here, the hospital authorities said on Friday.
"He came here yesterday (Thursday) afternoon for a check-up," they said. The hospital authorities, however, did not divulge any further details.
Ramgopal, who was the national general secretary of the SP, was on Thursday expelled from the party for six years by Mulayam Singh Yadav, accusing him of "hobnobbing with the BJP".

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav had recently sacked his uncle and SP state unit chief Shivpal Yadav, along with three other "pro-Amar Singh" ministers, from his cabinet.
Akhilesh's father and SP supremo Mulayam, in a tit-for-tat action, had then expelled his "pro-CM" cousin and SP's national general secretary Ramgopal. Assembly elections are due in Uttar Pradesh early next year.
