Ram Mandir Inauguration: UP Government To Launch Helicopter Services from Six Districts; Check Out Fares
As the celebrations have begun in Ayodhya, the UP government has made another huge announcement for the Ram devotees. The Uttar Pradesh government plans to initiate helicopter services to Ayodhya from six districts in the state by the end of this month, said a senior official on Wednesday, reported ANI.
According to an official statement from the chief minister's office (CMO), "Helicopter services from six districts in the state are being introduced by the Yogi government to facilitate the pilgrimage for Ram devotees and tourists visiting Ayodhya Dham."

This initiative will be overseen by the Tourism Department, and devotees interested in an aerial view must book the service. According to the release, the helicopter service from Lucknow will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
An aerial darshan of Ayodhya city and the Ram temple will be provided to devotees through this initiative. The aerial tour will encompass prominent tourist destinations, including Ram Mandir, Hanumangarhi, and Saryu Ghat.
Services are scheduled to commence from Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Mathura, and Agra. The helicopter ride can accommodate up to five devotees, with a weight limit of 400 kg, and a maximum of 5 kg of luggage is allowed for each devotee.

- Prayagraj: Delight in a 50-minute flight from the helipad near the Tourism Guest House in Prayagraj, spanning 157 km, for a fare of ₹14,159 per devotee.
- Second Varanasi Aerial Tour: Experience the same exhilaration from Namo Ghat in Varanasi, covering 160 km in a swift 55 minutes, with a fixed fare of ₹14,159 per devotee.
