Ram Mandir Inauguration: Temple Trust Releases Exclusive Passes For Attendees

Ahead of the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla in the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya on January 22, the entry pass for the mega event was released by Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust on Friday.

As moving towards Digital India, the trust mentioned that entry to the temple would be allowed after scanning the QR code on the entry pass.

Temple Trust Shares The Pass Picture

While sharing a copy of the entry pass in a post on X, it was stated by the temple trust, "Information for dignitaries invited in Prana Pratishtha Utsav: Entry into Pran Pratishtha Utsav of Bhagwan Shri Ramlalla Sarkar can only be allowed after scanning the QR code mentioned on the entry pass issued by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirth Kshetra. The invitation card alone doesn't guarantee entry into the Utsav. A copy of the entry pass is attached here."

India Gears Up For Ayodhya's Consecration Ceremony

Invitations have been dispatched to over 7,000 guests, including 3,000 VVIPs comprising priests, donors, and politicians for the consecration ceremony at the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple.

The ongoing week-long vedic rituals for Lord Ram Lalla's pran-pratishtha, now in its fourth day, involved sacred activities like the lighting of the holy fire, establishment of 'Navagraha,' and a 'Havan.'

The 51-inch idol, carved by sculptor Arun Yogiraj, was placed inside the sanctum sanctorum on Thursday, followed by cleansing rituals and pujas.

The temple is set to open for the general public 'darshan' on January 23, post the ceremonial installation by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on January 22. In preparation, the Centre declared a half-day closure for all central government offices on January 22.
