Ram Mandir Inauguration: List Of Celebs Invited For Grand Inauguration

The long-awaited historic moment arrives as the grand inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya draws near. A plethora of distinguished personalities from Bollywood and Indian cinema are slated to grace the auspicious occasion on January 22, 2024, marking the sanctity of this monumental event.

Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Sunny Deol, Prabhas and Yash are among several film personalities who have been invited for the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh on January 22.

According to producer Mahaveer Jain's sources, Tiger Shroff and Ayushmann Khurrana are also expected to be part of the guest list.

''From Bollywood, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Sunny Deol, Tiger Shroff, and Ayushmann Khurrana have been invited. Down south, pan India stars Prabhas and Yash have been invited to the historic event,'' Jain's sources said.

Previously, reports said Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Anupam Kher, Akshay Kumar, Rajinikanth, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Chiranjeevi, Mohanlal, Dhanush and Rishab Shetty have also been invited to be part of the ceremony.

The January 22 ceremony marks the momentous installation of the Ram Lalla idol at the majestic temple, expected to draw hundreds of dignitaries, including Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The event holds immense spiritual, historical, and cultural significance for Ayodhya, revered as Lord Rama's birthplace.

The Sri Ram Janambhoomi Trust has extended invitations to 4,000 saints representing various sects for this auspicious ceremony. The trust anticipates accommodating 10,000-15,000 individuals during the event.

Three idols, crafted from two stones sourced from Karnataka and one from Rajasthan, are in contention for placement within the temple's sanctum. The selection of the finest idol among the three will be finalized in early January, paving the way for the consecration ceremony on January 22, 2024.
