Rajasthan Opinion Poll: Will BJP Defeat Congress In This State? Check Cvoter Survey Report
Amid the Congress expressing confidence over returning to power in Rajasthan, the grand old party might lose the state in the forthcoming assembly polls.
Going by the latest opinion poll, the BJP will defeat the Ashok Gehlot-led Congress in Rajasthan. The ABP Cvoter Opinion Poll has predicted the saffron party to win 127-137 seats in the 200-member assembly.

The BJP is expected to get 46 per cent vote share. Whereas the Congress is likely to get 59-69 seats with a vote share of 42 per cent. In the 2018 elections, the grand old party had bagged 100 seats, just one short of the majority mark with a vote share of 39.30.
On the other hand, the BJP secured 38.77 per cent vote share and won 73 seats.
Meanwhile, the election is scheduled to be held on 23 November to elect all 200 members of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. The tenure of the current assembly is scheduled to end on 14 January.
As per political pundits, anti-incumbency is a major factor which is expected to work in the BJP's favour. It has to be noted that Rajasthan voters have alternated between the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party every assembly election.
Factionalism, law and order issues and paper leaks of government recruitment exams are the key issues which the BJP is predicted to target Gehlot's government.
Nonetheless, the Congress leaders including Ashok Gehlot and Rahul Gandhi are confident of the party's good show in the forthcoming polls.
