Rajasthan CM Ensures Fair and Transparent Recruitment Process

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma emphasized the commitment of his administration to finalize all recruitment processes in a fair and transparent manner within set timelines. This announcement came during a review meeting focused on vacant positions and ongoing recruitment activities. Sharma highlighted the government's efforts in securing over 16,500 job placements across various departments since the inception of his tenure.

Sharma also revealed plans for the distribution of appointment letters to successful candidates for more than 7,000 posts on June 29. He instructed all departments to annually set recruitment targets and communicate these to the recruitment agency by December, ensuring a structured and timely execution of recruitment exams and result announcements.

The Chief Minister criticized the previous Congress-led state government for disappointing the youth due to frequent instances of paper leaks and cheating scandals. He mentioned that the recruitments conducted under the previous government's tenure are currently under review.

Hemant Gera, Principal Secretary of the Department of Personnel, provided further details on the recruitment efforts under the current government. According to Gera, invitations for applications have been extended for 41,413 posts, with examinations already conducted for 11,633 positions.

This initiative by the Rajasthan government underscores its dedication to addressing employment challenges and ensuring merit-based opportunities for the state's youth. By setting clear targets and timelines, the administration aims to streamline the recruitment process and uphold integrity and transparency throughout.
