Rain, thunderstorms expected in Karnataka

Bengaluru, June 10: Rain and thunderstorms are likely to occur in most places in Karnataka, the Met Office here said on Wednesday.

The meteorological department has forecast rain and thunderstorms in coastal Karnataka and a few places in interior Karnataka.

It has also forecast a cloudy sky with rain and thundershowers in Bengaluru on Wednesday.

The city received a rainfall of 3.7 mm on Tuesday.

The maximum temperature in Bengaluru is likely to be around 31 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature is expected to be 21 degrees Celsius, officials said.

On Tuesday, the maximum temperature in Bengaluru was 30.7 degrees Celsius and the minimum was 21.1 degrees Celsius, officials said.
