RailOne App Launched: Now You Can Book Tickets, PNR, Live Status, Food Orders, Porter & Taxi

The central government has introduced the RailOne app, offering a three percent discount on unreserved and platform tickets. This app consolidates all railway-related services, providing an alternative to existing apps like IRCTC RailConnect, UTS, NTES, and Food on Track. It also allows passengers to book porter and taxi services at railway stations. Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw unveiled this app during an event in Delhi, marking the 40th anniversary of the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS).

Passengers can now avoid queues at station counters as both reserved and general tickets are available through the app. Previously attempted via the UTS app without much success, this feature is now more accessible. Additionally, platform tickets can be purchased, and users can access train information, PNR status, coach positions, and travel planning assistance.

Enhanced Travel Experience with RailOne

The RailOne app offers live train location tracking and a grievance redressal system that includes refund options. Passengers can also order food through the app. Those using IRCTC RailConnect or UTS apps can log into RailOne with their existing credentials, eliminating the need for multiple apps and saving phone storage.

Available on both Android Play Store and iOS App Store, RailOne aims to streamline railway services for passengers. By integrating various features into one platform, it simplifies travel planning and enhances convenience for users across India.
