Rahul Gandhi Trashes Exit Polls, Calls It 'Modi's Poll, Not Exit Poll'; Mentions Sidhu Moosewala's Song '295'
Former Congress president and Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi on Sunday rejected the exit poll predictions that gave a thumping and unopposed victory to PM Modi-led BJP at the Centre.
The Gandhi scion said, "It's not exit poll, but a fantasy poll. It's Modi poll". He was speaking to the reporters a day after the pollsters predicted a thumping majority for the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections.

When reporter asked him about the number of seats INDIA will be winning, Gandhi, turned back and said, "Have you heard Sidhu Moose Wala's song '295'? That's what we're winning."
Gandhi's reaction comes a day after INDIA leaders huddled in Delhi to take stock of the Opposition's June 4 preparation. Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge said that, "INDIA bloc will get more than 295 seats. We have arrived at this figure after speaking with all our leaders."
The exit polls from various major news channels have projected a resounding comeback for Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA in the upcoming general elections, indicating a historic third term for the incumbent dispensation. The News18 Mega Exit Poll suggests a robust performance for the BJP and NDA, projecting increases in both their seat counts and vote shares compared to the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
