Rahul Gandhi to discuss pre-poll election in Bihar
Bengaluru, Aug 10: Ahead of the upcoming Bihar assembly elections, the Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi will discuss pre-poll alliance with three key parties which are: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Congress, and Janata Dal United (JDU).
2014 Lok Sabha elections played a major role in bringing together two arch-rivals- RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, to defeat the BJP.
The two parties have already tested the waters during the recently-held bye elections. So, now both the parties are in bound together to defeat the rivals.
As much progress has been made after the combine ally of the three parties in Bihar for defeating the rival party BJP, in the upcoming assembly elections, the main serious question arises that who will be the chief ministerial candidate between the RJD and JD(U), as the pre-poll preparation of elections are on full swing.
Rahul Gandhi has been personally monitoring the situation in Bihar, from the time of growing distance between the two winning alliance of BJP and JD(U).
