Rahul Gandhi begins his 3-day trip to J&K
Srinagar, Aug 26: Even as tensions between the Indo-Pak border refuse to die down, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi arrived in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday.
Gandhi is in the state on a three-day visit. During his visit he will be meeting people who have been affected by the Pakistani ceasefire violation in the past.

He will also visit areas that have been hit by Pakistan shelling. "Rahul Gandhi will fly the Balakote area of Poonch district where six of persons have died and dozens injured due to Pakistan firing on August 15," said a Congress representative from the state.
Meanwhile, the BJP said that Gandhi was 'trying politicize something on which nation needs to stand together.'
