The incident occurred in Audan Bigha village, part of the Makhdoompur block. It was revealed that this road's construction fell under the Mukhyamantri Sadak Gram Yojana.

A three-kilometre road construction project was scheduled, which was inaugurated three months ago by RJD MLA Satish Kumar Das. Despite past efforts, the road's construction couldn't be completed, attributed to material looting incidents, according to reports.

However, Oneindia cannot independently verify the authenticity of the video.

Responding to the video, one user said, "It is the public's money, it is the public, if you use it a little, then what have you looted? If a leader belches lakhs of crores then no one will say anything. It is the responsibility of the contractor to inform the administration if such behavior is happening."

Another user commented, "The government and the public are watching the show 😬Media making news."
