AAP candidate makes shocking allegations

I told them to connect me to the party convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. When I was put through them on the phone line they told me to do what I was told. Kejriwal told me that this was a hi-tech poll and it would cost a lot of money.

Kumar also said that he was told by Singh that if he was not in a position to pay the money a refund of Rs 30 lakh incurred towards the election campaign would be refunded. Singh refuted the allegation terming them as baseless. I will quit politics if the allegation is proved, he also said.
