Mumbai: Psycopath, who attacked Bal Thackeray's relative, slashes another girl's hands
Mumbai, March 16: Siraj Ali Bachchu Ali, who is alleged to be a psychopath, was sent to jail as he had attacked late Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray's relative. Five years after the incident, Ali once again made headlines.
This time the 30-year-old man allegedly attacked another girl mercilessly with a kitchen knife and slashed her hands. The incident took place near Mithibai College in Vile Parle of Mumbai on Sunday, March 15.

Ali hails from the Nehru Nagar slum area, which is nearest to Mithibai College. This is the second time that Ali is attacking a girl using weapons.
Earlier, Ali was sentenced to prison in the year 2010 for hitting 16-year-old girl, a relative of the Thackerays. Ali had used iron rod to hit the girl on her head.
This time Juhu Police detained Ali when he was trying to escape from the crime scene. Local people helped the cops to nab the culprit who attacked the 20-year-old on the busy road in the dream city.
The girl, who was wounded badly in the attack, was rushed to the nearest KEM hospital for the initial treatment. Hospital authorities said that she sustained deep cuts and her condition is stable now.
During investigation, Ali claimed that he was in love with the girl but she rejected his plea. The woman, however, asserted that she did not know the person.
