Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma Prioritises Affordable and Accessible Quality Medical Facilities
Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma emphasised the state's commitment to offering affordable and accessible healthcare. He stated that enhancing medical services is a top priority for the government. During a review meeting at the Chief Minister's Office, Sharma urged officials to expedite health sector initiatives. These efforts aim to fulfil the Apno Swasth Rajasthan vision.

The meeting was attended by Medical and Health Minister Gajendra Singh Khinvsar. He updated the Chief Minister on recruitment progress in the Medical and Health Department. The department is actively hiring for approximately 48,000 positions, with around 8,000 appointments already made.
Ayushman Model CHCs Initiative
To improve healthcare in smaller towns, the state plans to establish Ayushman Model Community Health Centres (CHCs). This initiative aims to ensure quality health services are available throughout the state. The government is committed to enhancing healthcare infrastructure in these areas.
Under the Chief Minister Ayushman Arogya Yojana, free treatment is being provided to the public. The scheme will now include paediatric packages and adjust rates for certain services. Sharma instructed officials to promote these new provisions widely.
The Chief Minister stressed the importance of completing health-related budgetary announcements swiftly. An effective action plan is crucial for achieving these goals. The state government is focused on delivering quality healthcare services efficiently.
