Protests over 'sacrilegious act' in Jammu, case registered
Jammu, Jul 28: People held a protest and blocked Jammu-Poonch Highway over an alleged act of "sacrilege" in Jammu city today as police registered a case in this regard.
"There was some such incident. We are probing it. A case has been registered," a senior police officer said.
People blocked the Jammu-Poonch Highway protesting the alleged sacrilege. They were later pacified, he said.
