In a fresh political development, Janshakti Janta Dal founder Tej Pratap Yadav has openly supported Priyanka Gandhi as the face of the INDIA alliance.

At the same time, he strongly criticised her brother and Leader of the Opposition, Rahul Gandhi, raising questions about his leadership ability.

"Priyanka Gandhi Can Lead Like Indira Gandhi"

Speaking in Patna, Tej Pratap Yadav said that Priyanka Gandhi has the strength to lead the opposition alliance effectively. He compared her to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, suggesting that she has similar leadership qualities.

According to him, Priyanka Gandhi is better suited to guide the INDIA bloc, while Rahul Gandhi lacks the ability to run such a large political alliance.

He also made a sharp remark, saying that Rahul Gandhi cannot lead just by going on yatras or symbolic activities.

Criticism of Rahul Gandhi's Political Approach

Yadav questioned Rahul Gandhi's focus and political strategy. Referring to recent developments in Bihar politics, he criticised Rahul for commenting on issues related to the state.

He pointed out that Nitish Kumar has stepped aside from his position, leading to a change in leadership. Yadav questioned why Rahul Gandhi was commenting on Bihar's politics while being active in other states.
