Prime Minister Narendra Modi extends Christmas greetings
New Delhi, Dec 25: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday extended Christmas greetings to everyone around the world.
"Merry Christmas to everyone around the world. May this day enhance the spirit of harmony, peace and brotherhood in society", tweeted Prime Minister Modi on Thursday morning.

Earlier on Wednesday, Several Christian delegations had called on Prime Minister Modi to exchange Christmas greetings. The delegations included representatives from the Rashtriya Isai Mahasangh.
A number of Christian delegations also called on Prime Minister today and greeted him on the eve of Christmas.
The delegations included representatives from the Rashtriya Isai Mahasangh, Archbishop Anil JT Couto, and Vasanthi Stanley, Ex-MP, a PMO statement said.
