President to visit Amul, IIM-Ahmedabad

New Delhi, Nov 29: President Pranab Mukherjee will on Monday inaugurate Amul's state-of-the-art feed manufacturing plant in Gujarat, Rashtrapati Bhavan said on Sunday.

He will also present the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam IGNITE Awards to children, besides interacting with the faculty and students of Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad.

Mukherjee -- who will be on a three-day visit to Gujarat and Diu -- will visit Sabarmati Ashram and inaugurate its archives and research centre and address the 62nd Convocation of Gujarat Vidyapith on Tuesday.

He will visit the Somnath temple and inaugurate a beach festival in Diu on December 2.

The president will also visit the Dwarkadhish temple on the same day before returning to Delhi.
