President's speech offered 'nothing new', a mere repetition of Narendra Modi's statements: JD(U).
Whatever said earlier by the Prime Minister, it was repeated in the Presidential speech. The speech was very long and people were feeling sleepy," Yadav said after President Pranab Mukherjee's customary address to the joint session of Parliament.

Asked as to who all were sleeping during the speech, he said, "I will not name anyone but they said they were feeling sleepy during the speech."

About the speech mentioning "sabka saath sabka vikash", the JD(U) chief said, "It is not showing anywhere. The government seems to be in festive mood."

On the issue of ordinances, Yadav said, "What is the need of Parliament then, if everything can be done through ordinances?"
