The speech will be broadcast at 7 PM across the Akashvani national network and telecast on Doordarshan channels in Hindi, followed by English.

Regional language broadcasts will air on Doordarshan's regional channels after the main address. Akashvani will also broadcast regional versions from 9:30 PM onwards.
