IPL Shocker: Preity Zinta files molestation case against Kings XI co-owner Ness Wadia

A shocked Wadia issued a statement saying,"I am shocked at the complaint and the allegations made against me and they were totally false and baseless."
However, no arrests have been made so far.
In her complaint, Preity has said that she was molested by the Bombay Dyeing heir at the Wankhede Stadium on May 30. On this day, there was an IPL match between Kings XI Punjab and Chennai Super Kings. Following a written complaint, an FIR was registered against him under 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), IPC sections 354 (Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) and 509 (Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman), police sources added.
Though still holding the partnership of the team, the two had separated in 2009. They dated each other since 2005.
