Pre-booked Reliance JioPhone: How to track your order

At present there is no window open both online and offline to pre-book the Reliance JioPhone.

An overwhelming response has led the company to suspend pre-bookings of the Reliance JioPhone.

"Millions have pre-booked the JioPhone. We will inform you when pre-booking resumes," the company said. With pre-bookings now suspended, the question is what happens next. When will pre-booking open next, can you still get a phone and how to track your order. Here are the answers.

How to track order:

Those who have successfully pre-booked the Reliance JioPhone can call 18008908900 to check the status. When you call the number, you will be asked for your registered mobile number. This is the number you would have used to pre-book the phone.

You can also go to the MyJio App and under My Vouchers section, you can find an update about your booking. The phones will however reach you only in September.

When will pre-booking of Reliance JioPhone open?

While the exact date has not been specified as yet, it is expected that the next round of pre-bookings are likely to open in September only. This is once the first round of phones go on sale.

Can I still get the Reliance JioPhone now:

At present there is no window open both online and offline to pre-book the Reliance JioPhone. You can however log into the website and register your interest. The moment pre-bookings are open, you will be intimated.
