Prashant Kishor, Youtuber Khan Sir Served Notices By Bihar Exam Body For 'Spreading Misinformation'
The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has served legal notices to Prashant Kishor, founder of the Jan Suraaj Party, and YouTuber Faizal Khan, known as "Khan Sir", following their comments regarding alleged irregularities in the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE).
The commission has accused Khan of spreading misinformation about the normalisation of scores in the BPSC exam, which it claims incited protests from candidates.

The notice also alleges that Khan used derogatory terms such as "besharam" (shameless) and "baklol" (fool) to describe the commission during the protests.
According to India Today, Khan has been given 15 days to provide evidence for his claims or face legal action.
He responded to reporters, saying, "I will keep fighting for the cause of students," and added that he would consult his lawyers before responding.
Prashant Kishor, meanwhile, has been asked to substantiate his allegations that government jobs in Bihar are sold for amounts between Rs 1 crore and Rs 1.5 crore, with the total value of the alleged corruption exceeding Rs 1,000 crore. Kishor has described the matter as a major scandal. The BPSC has given him seven days to provide evidence.
The controversy began after allegations of a question paper leak during the December 13 exam, which involved over 12,000 candidates in Patna. While the government has denied the allegations, it ordered a re-examination for the affected candidates.
Protests have escalated, with students calling for the cancellation of the exam. Independent MP Pappu Yadav has called for a state-wide bandh on January 12, and Congress student wing leader Varun Choudhary joined the demonstrations, participating in a silent vigil.
