Pradyuman Thakur murder: SC grants interim bail to Pinto family
Varun Thakur, the father of Pradyuman Thakur, had filed a plea seeking cancellation of interim bail granted to Ryan school owners.
The Supreme Court on Monday granted interim bail to Pinto family, the trustees of Ryan International school, in connection with the murder of 7-year-old Pradyuman Thakur.
While granting the bail the apex court directed the Punjab and Haryana High Court to decide the matter within 10 days.
Augustine Pinto, his wife Grace Pinto and their son Ryan are the trustees of the school.

On September 8, the body of the class II student Pradyuman was found inside the toilet of the school, with his throat slit. A bus conductor of the institution was arrested in the incident.
In September, the Haryana government had ordered a CBI probe into the murder and announced that it would take over the administration of the school for three months.
