Porn addict son, rapes mother in Gujarat

In a shocking incident, a 22-year-old man allegedly raped his 46-year-old mother in the Jal Chwok area of Gujarat's Patan town. He has been arrested. The accused according to the police committed the offence on Thursday while his mother was asleep.

The police said he entered the room on the pretext of drinking water but then forced himself on her. The complaint filed by the mother says that he had gagged her before raping her at around 1 pm on Thursday.

She is said to have called for help, but the cries went unheard. The neighbours did not come to her rescue as they were used to the frequent fights between the mother and son. The police say that the son was a porn addict. He would very often watch such content in the presence of his mother and sister.

The mother who was in deep shock following the incident informed her husband about the same. He then advised that she file a complaint. The police have registered a case under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
