Poll Prediction: Will BJP Win Rajasthan, MP, Telangana? Check Manorama News-VMR Election Survey
The Congress will achieve an outright majority in Madhya Pradesh, maintain a marginal lead, and secure a consecutive victory in Chhattisgarh while becoming the single largest party in Telangana and Mizoram, Manorama News-VMR survey has predicted. The survey says that the BJP will win Rajasthan.
The grand old party is predicted to win 120-130 seats in the 230-member Madhya Pradesh Assembly while the BJP will be reduced to 95-105 seats. However, the Congress, facing anti-incumbency, is likely to bag around 67-75 seats from the current 100.

The saffron party is predicted to win 110-118 seats in the 200-member House in Rajasthan.
The Congress, according to the survey, is likely to face anti-incumbency trouble in Rajasthan and its tally may come down to 67-75 range from the existing 100. The surge in favour of the saffron party may help BJP win 110-118 seats in a House of 200.
A potential unfavourable shift could lead to a reduction in the number of seats for the Congress in Chhattisgarh, possibly resulting in the party securing only 53-58 seats compared to its current 68. However, this development might not guarantee a majority for the BJP in the 90-seat House, as the saffron party's count is expected to rise to 28-34 seats from its existing 15.
Coming to Telangana, the Congress is set to win around 52-58 seats in Telangana from 19 seats in 2018. The ruling BRS, which had won 88 seats in the previous assembly elections, is expected to win around 47-52 seats.
On the other hand, the BJP, which had won just one seats in 2018, might take its tally to six in 2023 in Telangana polls, according to the survey.
According to the survey findings, Mizoram is expected to experience an anti-incumbency vote, posing challenges for the ruling Mizo National Front-BJP alliance. Consequently, the MNF's count could decline to 11-15 seats from the current 27.
The Congress is anticipated to enhance its tally to a range of 12-16 seats from its current count of 4 in a 40-seat House. Also, the main opposition party, Zoram People's Movement, might also witness an increase in its seat count from the existing 8 to a range of 10-14 seats.
