PM to meet top military commanders, discuss Pak ceasefire

Inside sources believe that the main agenda would be strategic planning and the ceasefire violations at the LoC and Chinese trespassing at the LoAC. India is threatened on both the sides by its neighbours.
In the wake of Parvez Musharraf's open declaration of Pakistan having "other ways of battling India by inciting the locals in Kashmir", Narendra Modi has reasons to worry. Pakistan has been repeatedly violating the ceasefire along the international border and the LIne of Control, to which the Indian forces have reacted aggressively. Just when, it was considered best for escalation that there was a sharp decline in the shootings.
Chinese troops too have engaged themselves in various incursions in Ladakh, including the time when Chinese President President Xi Jinping was here in India. Chiefs of Staff Committee, Air Force chief Arup Raha, Navy chief R K Dhowan and Army chief Dalbir Singh Suhag will also discuss the challenges that the three forces face with respect ot international and regional scenario.
Some of the other ministers who will attend the conference include Defence Minister Arun Jaitley, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and Home Minister Rajnath Singh.
