PM Modi to meet Kerala cabinet: Chandy
Thiruvananthapuram, Dec 9: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will have a meeting with the entire Kerala cabinet during his first visit to the state, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said on Wednesday.
Addressing reporters here after the weekly cabinet meet on Wednesday, Chandy said that despite paucity of time for the prime minister, he has agreed to the request for a meeting.

"He is here in the state on the 14th and 15th. Even though he has no programme in the state capital, on his way back to Delhi he has agreed to meet the Kerala cabinet at the airport here," Chandy said.
The meeting will take place at the technical area of the airport around 5 p.m.
"During the meeting we will raise all the pending issues with him, including the vexed Mullaperiyar dam issue, among other things," said Chandy.
Modi will unveil the statue of former Congress chief minister and popular Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana Yogam leader R. Sankar at Kollam on December 15.
