Leh, Aug 13: Narendra Modi said in Leh on Tuesday that he is fully aware of the challenges and strengths of the place and thanked the people to arrive for his speech. Modi, who was in Jammu and Kashmir for the second time as the prime minister, said he would pay back the love in the form of development.

Modi also accused Pakistan of waging a "proxy war" against India by sending militants to attack India but avoided any mention of China, which has been accused of violating borders with India in the Ladakh region several times.
