PM Modi to Bolster Ties with Historic Visits to Brunei, Singapore
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Brunei on September 3-4 to enhance bilateral cooperation across various sectors, according to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). This visit marks the first time an Indian prime minister will make a bilateral visit to Brunei, as stated by MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal during a media briefing. From Brunei, Modi will travel to Singapore on September 4-5 at the invitation of Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong. Jaiswal mentioned that the India-Singapore ministerial roundtable was first held in 2022 and again in 2024, with participation from four Indian ministers.
