PM Modi Turns 74: Leaders Extend Birthday Wishes

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is turning a year older on Tuesday as he celebrates his 74th birthday. The BJP leaders across the country are sending him the special-day wishes on social media.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah expressed in a tweet that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has connected various aspects, from heritage to science, with the vision of a 'New India.' He noted that Modi's strong will and commitment to public welfare had enabled him to accomplish many seemingly impossible tasks and set new records for the welfare of the poor.

Shah mentioned that the country, under Modi's leadership, has seen a transformation in the lives of the underprivileged, starting with national security. Additionally, Modi has elevated the self-esteem of the people and changed the global perception of India. Shah also highlighted that Modi, who has enhanced the nation's prestige from the depths of the sea to the heights of space, serves as an inspiration for peace, compassion, and empathy worldwide.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh remarked that the world has witnessed Modi's visionary and strong leadership. He praised Modi's readiness, focus, and dedication, stating that he continues to lead the nation with the same energy.

Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha extended warm birthday wishes on social media platform X, calling Modi a "visionary leader" and a "great son of Maa Bharati." Saha expressed that Modi's vision for a stronger, prosperous India resonates with every citizen, and his dynamic leadership continues to inspire generations.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde also sent his wishes via X, expressing hope for Modi's good health and long life. Shinde lauded Modi's leadership in moving India toward becoming an economic superpower and reaffirmed his commitment to fulfilling Modi's vision of a developed India by 2047. He also emphasized that Maharashtra is working to contribute toward the goal of making India a $5 trillion economy, calling Modi the leader who is guiding India into the 21st century.

As part of his birthday, PM Modi is scheduled to inaugurate 26 lakh PM Awas houses at Gadakana in Bhubaneswar. Upon his arrival at Bhubaneswar airport, Modi will proceed to the Gadakana slum area near Sainik School.
