PM Modi To Inaugurate Gurugram Dwarka Expressway On Monday; Check Traffic Advisory
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Haryana segment of the Dwarka Expressway on Monday. According to the reports, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will also grace the event along with other party members. Preparations for Prime Minister's visit have been made and police have imposed section 144 CrPc to control the law and order situation.
The Dwarka Expressway has been constructed with a cost of Rs 9,000 crore.
A stretch of 18.7 km of Gurugram expressway was completed last year, and the remaining 10 km of Delhi stretch will be finished in the next few months.

According to the reports, the inauguration site, the four-layer trumpet sections, and the public meeting venue will be monitored by drones. To control the traffic, and avoid jams, Gurugram Traffic Police has issued an advisory and diverted some routes for March 10 and March 11, 2024.
"Antriksh Chowk Road will be closed for some time due to crowd in the rally. On the other hand, movement of heavy vehicles on Dwarka Expressway will be prohibited from 5 pm on Sunday, hence all heavy vehicle drivers should use KMP during this period," the Gurugram police traffic advisory read.
Traffic coming from Narnaul, Rewari, and Dharuhera has been directed to proceed towards the Antariksh Chowk via Rampura and Vatika Chowk.
People who want to attend PM Modi's rally from Faridabad, Palwal, or Sohna, are asked to take the Antariksh Chowk route via Cloverleaf Road.
