PM Modi Slams Congress in Rajya Sabha: ‘Dynasty Politics Blocks Development for All’
Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticised the Congress party in Rajya Sabha on Thursday during the ongoing Parliament Budget Session, stating that the concept of Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas (Collective Effort, Inclusive Growth) is beyond their understanding.
"In this House, we discuss development for everyone... much has already been said about it. I fail to understand what difficulty they have in accepting this approach. Everyone must be on board, and that is why the people of this country have entrusted us with this responsibility," PM Modi said.

Targeting the Congress, he remarked, "Expecting Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas from them is a big mistake. It is simply not in their thinking or roadmap. Congress is a massive party, but it has always been dedicated to one dynasty. Given this, inclusive development is not something they can truly embrace."
PM Modi further accused the Congress of fostering a political model built on falsehoods, dynastic politics, and appeasement. "Congress crafted a system where these elements were intertwined. When such factors dominate, there is no room for Sabka Sath. In their model, the family always comes first. That is why their policies, methods, speeches, and actions revolve around protecting and preserving their dynasty," he asserted.
Reflecting on the BJP's continued electoral success, he said, "After 2014, the people of this country gave us the opportunity to serve. Now, for the third consecutive term, we have been entrusted with this responsibility. India has a vibrant democracy, a free press, and freedom of expression because the people have placed their faith in our model of development."
