'PM Modi's Ireland visit a big support to Indian community'

New Delhi, Sept 24: Prime Minister Narendra Modi was in Ireland on Wednesday and the Indian community there was so excited that they were eagerly waiting to see the Prime Minister.

Professional Deval Dixit who is in Ireland for the past three years shared his experience about Prime Minister's Ireland visit.

Deval was amongst those who sang the National Anthem with PM Modi. As per Deval, It was a very emotional moment for all the Indians in Ireland as it was after 60 years that an Indian Prime Minister had gone to the country to meet Indians.

The moment Indians in Ireland got to know that Indian PM is going to visit them, they got excited and were eagerly waiting for his arrival.

Deval said that Narendra Modi's visit to Ireland is no less than a support system for them.

According to Deval, because of the good relations between the two countries, education, IT, medical science research, pharmaceuticals and tourism sectors will get a boost in both the countries.

PM Modi has also announced a direct flight between the two countries will help the students as well the professionals who come from India to Ireland.

"This will not only help students but will aslo help the tourism industry of both the countries as the travel time will decrease with the help of this," said Deval.

Deval is very happy to see the relations between India and Ireland strengthening and he will now be eyeing PM Modi's US trip.
